Missing channels

I have done a blind scan and found some channels are missing on 28.2E. Gold, Dave and some movie channels. I have run a manual scan with a frequency that should have these channels and still some channels are not being found. Has any one else noticed this?

Haven't tried a blind scan just yet how long did it take?
