BISS provider ID

Lets just say i know a BISS key for a one off feed on 10east

the freq is 10865 H 6111

the channel name is Globecast 14

how would i enter the key into a softcam key file...whats the KEY 00 or 01, whats the provider id for Globecast 14? is it needed?

key = 00 33 4F 43 44 55 66 77 for example

PROVIDER id is 1FFF (generic,some providers change it)

Capitals or lower case doesn't change the meaning,the guy is not talking about how code would label it,he just want to know what it is.
