Hi

I've got a TT One V2 which I put Navcore 8.204 and UK Map 835.2420 on about a year ago. It took me a few goes to get everything working but I got there in the end.

Yesterday I decided to update the map and put on 845.2647 patched using BBS Tools. Thanks a lot for making these available.

I haven't had a chance to test it properly but it seems to work OK other than when I switch the TT on a message flashes up about Save Ram Mode which I haven't noticed before. Is that a problem or will it just work normally?

I tried to patch TT Home using BBS Tools but got a message "Patch Failed or Already Patched". I suspect it may already be patched but I'm not certain.

If I go into TT Home (2.7.3.1894) a box appears saying "Link device to my TT account". When I click on the Link Device button I get an error message.... "You have an invalid version of the TomTom application installed on your TomTom device. To use HOME you need to install the correct version of the TomTom application"

If I try to use the "Operate my Navigation Device" I get an error message ... Problem With Map. You cannot use this map on this device UK&RoI (in full) -130

I'm confused! If the TT is working OK then I can live without TT Home but obviously it would be good to get it all working if I can.

I've probably missed something really simple along the way but would appreciate some guidance.

Thanks a lot

Kewa

You could use the v845.2645 map with v8.204 navcore - as that map has the IQ routes & ALG.
Don't worry about the save ram mode message, I used to get that on my old Go500 & everything still worked OK.
Not sure about the TT Home error - maybe its because you linked it to your account, when I use it I never log into my account.

What map are you using or trying to use ?

Thanks a lot for the reply Russ

You could use the v845.2645 map with v8.204 navcore

Now installed but I'm not sure about IQ routes as my TT One thinks its 1970! I read somewhere that the IQ routes differentiate between weekdays/weekends etc so presumably it needs to know the date somehow but I can't find any way to set it. I can only set dates in IQ routes from 1/1/1970 to 31/12/1971 at the moment. Will this sort itself automatically or do I need to change something in a file somewhere? EDIT - Sorted automatically after a reset and restart.

Don't worry about the save ram mode message

Apart from the fact the TT switches itself off after that message once it's turned on again it seems to stay on OK so doesn't appear to be a big deal

Not sure about the TT Home error

I can't seem to resolve this but I can download map updates so that's OK and I think I can live without the rest.

Thanks again for your help and guidance
