tm9100s

im using filezilla to connect to tm9100s so that i can take my recorded
programme off it but it dosent let me any ideas why ? do i have to use a password to connect as i havent put one in iv just used root as the username

use tcc6 and set a tm box password , then use the username and new password in any ftp program , including filezilla , or cute ftp , or the one I use is called flash fxp
