Y CAN'T ACCES TO SETUP CONFIGURATION>system information. Y have pach.bin 0.9.4754 and error is : Fail to receve data err=_1 :.Please help my

Rename fw to patch.bin put on USB reboot and install fw again

Have you followed these steps:

- rename (on USB) to patch.bin
- shut down AZBOX
- Switch off AZBOX from Power
- insert USB stick
- switch on
- apply DOM format
- apply update firm
- reboot
