Channels missing with "switch service could not be found

hi guys i wonder if someone could help with this issue...

I have ccam up and running fine for the past 2 months on SLY UK...

Last week i got this message on some transponders/bouquets
"switch service could not be found"

this is only only certain channels and seems to be individual transponders!!

OK what i have done so far...

Checked with another sat dish at 28east same problem
replaced with new lnb same problem
rescanned all channels same problem
factory reset box and reloaded image same problem
re downloaded ccam (and variations) same problem

i have Loaded my CCam c line into m8ts dm500 and all works fine..
i have also copied my m8ts channel list and loaded it into my DM500 and i get this message....

I have done some searching on this issue on other forums and the nearest answer i can get is that it could be a possible faulty tuner!

But why would it become faulty after a few months!!!!

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated

Im interested also, because i have my dreambox linked through another
box it can see the channels that dream is missing as you describe !!!

Hello maties.

You can try going to lyngsat to see updated details of your missing channels if needed(do a google 4 it)and use dreambox edit, and reenter the channel details, frequencies etc..
There may have been some changes.
Not quite sure why you are getting service canot be found if you have done a fresh scan?????
