Anybody out there had issues with their azbox(with cable tuner) decoding cable tv channels with mgcamd? I'm in a pure area(old ntl) which has been recently modified to the 3.7 software revision ready for the the nagra 3 changeover. My area hasn't gone over to nag 3 just yet but ever since the 3.7 stream has been introduced i've steadily been losing some of the scrambled channels. Here's what i've tried:

Deleting channel and rescanning.- channel decoded sometimes but change channel and go back and it's scrambled
Rescanning on a different frequency -channels found but most(same ones) scrambled
Inserted keys & provider info into multicas - everything scrambled

The nagra 1 feed is still there somewhere as all channels are cleared on my original ntl box and my mates dbox.Any suggestions?

Hi M8
I am in SmellyVest area and had to rescan resently also found all the channels only after a couple of days wait and also using key edit and multicas.
But you must use and configure this with the latest MultiCAS edit tool which has the K@y edit tab and found deleting splitterdate first it worked once rebooted all was good.
I think manually entering does not work in multicas

Hope this helps

Manually entering the key in Multicas should work OK, i've done it on mine (pure ntl), just make sure that if you enter the key that if the channel doesnt clear then you may need to restart the cam for the key to kick in.

Virgin has added new channels recently and moved others around. The Azbox says scrambled when it cand find a video feed.

I had to delete all cable channels and rescanned them, now all ok

Pure nthell area

Hi proteus4
Could never get it to work manually entering key maybe it was the early MultiCAS not working manually maybe??????
