Bulsat package on 39e

hmm i cannot clear Bulsat or Nova CY with this file....am i being thick?

There was a key change yesterday, and you need to get the latest keydata.tmp file. Check your pm.

ive over-written my existing keydata.tmp, still nothing...

man what am i doing wrong.

I cant help you as you all seem to be keeping this to yourselves , which is hardly a good use for this forum , no wonder nobody learns anything !!!

Ok, let's start from the top.
First you'd need to stop the Mcas plugin.
Then you should upload the contents of "octaCAM__MCAS_EMU__13042010_2nd" file to /var/bin (make sure to CHMOD Mcas file to 755).
Upload the keydata.tmp file to /var
Reboot (use the power switch) the unit and make sure that the plugin has started.
Choose one of the channels of either package and it should clear.
Also, you should make sure that no other emu is running.

Sorry m8, wasn't my intention to keep any info to ourselves. I just gave ManikM the link to the keydata.tmp file, as I wasn't sure whether posting it within the thread is allowed or not.

maybe both of you should have posted files ? , but no problem

if unsure you post them in the public upload section and ask a mod if they are ok and can be moved to the correct place

i finally got this to clear.

there is a plugin that automatically updates the keydata.tmp file

i will post later on.

- Stop Mcas in Plugin Menu
- Start Mcas in Plugin Menu
New key file is then downloaded from the internet to /var/keydata.tmp
