Can't change password ?

Hi all,
just having a play with the latest OoZoon OE 1.6 Beta (18 april 2010)
for some reason it wont let me change my password ?
I've tried it with telnet and even pulled down the password changer plugin !
but to no avail,
the error i'm getting is "passwd: cannot update password file /etc/shadow"
(probably 'cos there's no 'shadow' in etc !)
any ideas ?

ok just put the latest version on (020510) and the problem's still there,
just tried doing the logical thing (don't know why i didn't before) and created a blank file named 'shadow', put this in 'etc'
password now changed and stored:)

Worth knowing,usually the case of the obvious not clicking at first sight..It happens to most of us now and again.
I have oozoon lite in flash but use edg nem 1 when I changed password,and that happened ok, Dunc.
