I have 8 LNB's, I have a problem with LNB 8 - Hellas sat 39.0°E.
from firmware -0.9.4754, 0.9.4785 and 0.9.4829 I get a lot of times "An error has occurred, please reboot your system".
even after a factory reset I cant download the hellas, I get a grey channel name.
I returned to patch 0.9.4749, that works ok.

Did you at least try to do a new search on those problematics satellites after you install any new firmware?

With a new search azbox could repair the channel structure (or not).

yes I did after a factory reset also.

I have the same problem on Hellas sat 39.0°E. same error message. Even though I rescanned it's still the same.

this type of problem was very common with the Greman users before. Probably due to the name of some of the channels causing corruption. Dunno if they could do anything to correct it themselves.

if u have time, i would erase all channels on that sat, then scan each transpoder in turn , to find out if its just one causing the problem

The best thing to do is to report this problem in the official azbox forum.

azbox-0.9.4890-patch.bin solved all problems.

sorry to say, but problem with hellas is back again.
freq. 12524 H 30000 7/8 makes an error.
the freq 12524 V 30000 is ok.

if I remember, there is a way to import E2 setting for azbox with Maz3.0
Can You explain to us the procedure?

You can try editing the names of the channels of that trasponder using normal letters,see what happen.

Yes, that's the problem, but Maz does this automatically, so it indicated

The master list of channels is Morse, can useful to examine yourself in the forums.

(You must be memorized channels on the general list, before importing of E2)
