cannot ftp videos, music, AZbox premium???

as in the title guys....

used to be able to ftp movies etc, to external usb hdd 160gb, approx 80 gb left.

using vista home basic, which worked great sending files, ie movies etc, wirelessly, and using homeplugs...it now starts to send files then i get a socket error.

flashfxp connects and starts sending files then loses connection, socket error.

also tried filezilla, dcc still the same....

any ideas guys

Hi , did you check if the FTP server on the azbox is running ?

yes m8, all is ok, when i send files across its starts ok, then stops and i get the socket error after a couple of mb has been sent.

using different router, also hard wired it from the router to azbox still same.

any more suggestions guys

It was formatted in the box [Linux Partition]Thanks Carp95 :cheers2: I will give WinSCP try.... I had be using FTP Commander Deluxe.

No problems here.

yours is odd in that it starts to transfer and then you get a socket error.

Can you think of when it last worked? Have you altered the firmware since then?
