multicas not working

Using the latest fw4829 and multicas 1.62-A10, I cannot get anything to clear.

When I load multicasinfo the server status is ONLINE but when I try to go into ECM Info, I get the message, UNABLE TO RETRIEVE ECM INFO. Any ideas :(

Oh and lines are fine, work perfectly well in TM9100. Using Prem+

I just tried Digiturk which clears fine but SKy UK does not clear at all. Works fine on TM9100.

I was kind of hoping that I was doing something wrong. So this is it with Multicas then, some channels clear some dont?

I with a single line ccam in multicam (only one line is important) rolls nearly 100% in sly. is almost perfect now.
