Had problems recording multiple channels . with 1 coax cable connected to tuner A. if i hit record it would record that channel. but when i wanted to turn over to another channel the channels were grayed out . only way i could get it to work was go into tuner B and make it equal to tuner A now i can record 6 HD channels at the same time yeaaa result :sifone:

my VU is connected to 2 motor dishes, one being a 1.2 channel master/feed horn (v box 36v) my only problem is getting my preferred dish to move, as a preferance

With a quad lnb you would be able to record one channel and watch any chan from that sat, where at the moment with loopthrough you can only watch the chans on the same frequency. If you had two motorized dishes, you could record one stuff on one sat and then watch or record another
