Repair octagon 1008 please

Hi octagon has ignored my emails. So does any one on here no of someone who can fix it. it took to a friend of mine he is in it and run a shop.he think is just the software.can any one help please :respect-050:

Try to reflash it with null-modem cable from your PC. The first link below is for the serial flashing software "Porter" which I directed you to a couple of days ago. The second link is for the .ird firmware, latest version. Good luck.

Hi all been looking around most of the night .i found fault codes for 1008 and 1018.does any one know how to get the code out of the box.And i got a feeling and my mate down his computer shop .said it seem like the ie (this files is for window ntldr file)sumuliar file for linux is missing that why it wont start. any idear how to put the file back. I have no ip connection but it a light is on at the back of the box. And it show up on my route.The serial cable is ok but it wait to reset box. please there must be someone out who knows.BIG THANKS for all those have try to help me IM very very GREATFULL
