Am having problems scanning vertical transponders on 19.2E Canal Sat.
All the "H" are ok. Have tried a different receiver and they are picking them up so its not the dish or lnb.
Have tried a factory reset and still no luck, so is it the tuner thats faulty??
have you hooked up anything by loop through?
check the satellite settings in main menu: Installation: Satellite Setup
LNB Power: ON
LNB Type: Universal
LNB Freq: 9.750/10.600
22Khz: auto
always careful when connecting disconnecting coax cables: POWER OFF
While in sat setup for 19.2°E
select this on transponder (left right cursor on transponder field) 10788 V/ 22000
what color are Level Quality showing and what strenghth?
how are you scanning channels?
try Pid search: 10788 V/ 22000

Thanks for your advise. Have 94% blue and 83% yellow. Have done a reset and cleared everything out. Turned it off for ages yesterday and went back to it later and did manage to tune them in, but they went again. Have a feeling it might be getting hot as i have a couple of other boxes stacked on top of it, so am looking into that now
needs good cooling, vacuum clean air vents and freestanding eventually on a stone floor.

Have left it to cool down and tried again.
It now finds and clears all of the transponders on 19.2, but only for a bit. Then it starts to break up the picture until it finaly sees no signal.
It can see all of the horizontal transponders and some of the lower vertical ones, upto about 11.700ish.
Looks like a regig of all my stuff or fit a fan!
do you have access to other dish/lnb (friends) and see how it behaves on that LNB?
did you try the channel list I uploaded for Mister-T (https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=133025)? <= click here
cable, connectors, dish & LNB alignment, ...
does it happen on all transponders?
when you go in satellite setup on the transponder causing the trouble: what is the level & quality %, is it steady or fluctuating?
Is it just Technomate > cable > LNB or is there another setup?
Have you easy access to dish and a portable TV, take receiver to dish with short cable and check if you have the same problem? could be a cable problem?
disconnect any wireless radio controlled equipment, dect phone, ... check if it functions away from your equipment, have it on another power socket (interference over power line?)
