The motor control on the spiderrbox seems a bit coarse to me , approx 0.5degrees per button press.
My outgoing clarke-tech 5000hd had a coarse & fine control.
Anybody else noticed, or am I doing something wrong ?

You might be doing something wrong...
Why not just use the Usals function and let the motor control the positions, much easier... and accurate.

All should be fine if your dish is set correctly using either DiSEqC1.2 or USALS. One workaround if it isn't, is to adjust the sat's location ie. change 19.2e to 19.4e etc. NOTE. this will only help with latitudinal correction (side to side along the arc) and will not help if your dish is not correct in the vertical axis.

Can pick up most sats, just seems like the adjust is a bit coarse.
Previous box was about 0.1 degree per fine adjust which is the area most motors can adjust.
Will try adjusting the sat position.
Thanks
I had the same problem and am using a Moteck VII positioner. The solution was to just use the east and west buttons on the positioner to fine tune.

@AM556
Yes your recomendation worked. Used UASL +
added in 0.7Wdegree correction for 0.8W & 16E, to tweak a little more signal.
Correction only seems to take hold when you exit motor menu.
