HD sending(scandinavian)Cam??

Hi,
Anyone know how to know/get a Cam for unscramling HD sending from providers in scandinavian due to that you are not using their HD receivers.

I'm using a Canal Digital Sweden card in a TM 6800HD and it works fine. I put it in a Diablo Cam 2.3 once a month to update it. The HD channels work fine..
