Hi Guys.

New to this. What version uk map should I download for my tomtom go 520?

The latest map is the v845.2645 map - you'll find it posted on the forum. You will also have to patch the ttsystem file on your tomtom & then activate the map. See the guide I've posted in this section.

Hi Russell1

Thank you for your help. When I put the speed cam files into the UK maps folder they show up on the display as being there but there is no warning sounds. Also when I go into TomTom services,TomTom Safety Cameras it just asks me to join this service. Do they have to be activated?

Which set of speed camera files are you using - tomtom or pgpsw files ?
If it's the pgpsw files have a look here -

If using the tomtom files I think they need to be activated & you can get warning sounds by using tomtom home - but I have never used these so not 100% about them.
