defaults **** channel

Is there any1 now how to fix this when i turn my vu+ on it goes straight to a **** channel:eek: o no. how can i get it to default to a more family friendly channel please thanks

move channel to other location/position in channellist
move **** channels to last favorites group
pincode
2 channellists: one with ****, one without (don't forget to change list when stopped viewing ****)
no longer view ****

AAA thank you Giga and sonic i have hit the up button then blue favorites BBC then menu and set as( start up) it now defaults to BBC thanks. but is asking for the pin code every time i change channel i have also removed from parental protection but still wanting the pin code grrrrrr i drank to much beer lastnight a bit fuzzy sorry
