but Spiderbox 5000 sd comes with free gift,
there is no option to purchase this model without the gift.

You're right Compass m8, there is no 5000 box without the 'gift'
And yes 5000 is an SD box (like the TM 5400 but with the gift).
You can also turn the gift off and use it with c-lines or n-lines only.
