hi can ayone help please, i have tried flashing my dm800when i disconnect the power cable and hold button in when power back up. i get the message stop and it wont give me an ip to get in box, just get dchp up above stop and nothing else.
is there anyway of getting round this, the internet connection is fine

ps it wont even boot so i can get in box

in it should start ok

not like me stuffed it up and had to wait 3 days

is dhcp turned on in the router and box?

Before you try to reboot the db800 you must make sure that you have disconnected all usb devices. Have you tried it without any devices connected.

Remove everything except lan cable. take top off and disconnect HDD if fitted and at the same time press the tuner into it's fixing.

This is a common problem that will lock the box up.

Now try and flash again.
