ive just got the spiderbox today and am a relative novice to this
i am in the process of setting it up can some one tell me what patch i download to the usb stick is it the very first one https://www.satpimps.co.uk/attachment.php?attachmentid=41403&d=1270478449

if any problem accurs loading it, then load the december patch first ,,,then latest.

The patch and gift patch are the same. If you purchased a box "with gift" use the "patch with gift", if you didn't opt for the gift then use the "patch without gift".
Turn on the gift by going into....menu > network > and then press 1111 on the remote, then the NeuvoXstream item (the gift) becomes visible.

Hi mate sorry for being totally thick but when you say If you purchased a box "with gift" should i have purchased the "gift" have i missed something

a box is either purchased "with gift" or "without gift"

so you use the appropriate patch according to what you purchased

so had you purchased it without gift , thats the patch you would use and obviously you wouldnt get access to the server for the gift channels to open

I suggest you check your order and paperwork
