Slingbox Pro and DM800HD

good morning.

has anyone got a slingbox pro setup with there dm800HD ?

ive tried all ways today/tonight but can only set it up with my freeview box and my dvd recorder.

when i was configuring the thing today it had dream media but didnt have the dm800hd so i selected "other" but it didnt find it and when i installed the player it said - weak signal or no signal and thats as far as it has been with the DM800.

the guides on here seem a little older than when the DM800HD came out so not been much help with my probelm sadly

ok after messing and stressing ive got further forwards.

it seems you cant use the HD connect that comes with it because its not HDMI apparently so you have to use the scart adaptor with the red,white and yellow cable and put the other ends into the input on the slingbox.

ive tested it out on my iphone aswell and its spot on but the question ive asked and cant find is..

can you view this on th eiphone without wifi so i can view it on normal 3G or EDGE ?

cheers mate i just tried downloading a few mywi apps and all just flash on the screen and then it goes back to the springboard.

dont suppose you got a link to a working one have you as apptrackr aint even got one :-(

great info though mate and didnt really know 100% if this could be done.

mywi can be found on cydia in the sinful repro
sorry m8 shod be my3g avail from the same source
you wll find 3g unrestrictor there as well

its not happening via cydia because each one i try keep sgetting a "size mismatch " error

will try and find one on good old google but thanks for your help so far mate :-)

no mate ive not.

also ive bought 3g unrestrictor and installed it but no metter what i try in 3G it doesnt work.

i bought it from within cydia but as i say nothing connects even slingbox,bbc iplayer etc etc.

its doing my napper in now lol
