Spiderbox 9000 disconnected

Hi,
I bought the spiderbox 9000 all working yersterday including gift but when i switched it on today the network says disconnected, I know the router is on and ive tested the cable to see if internet is ok and everthing is fine, any ideas?

The server is down for now (maintenance). Be patient, it should be sorted very soon.

would point out the other server is working ie some D+ 19e, meo 30w,supersort 16e were all working well last night.
The advantage with 2 servers

The gift was back on last night. For those who are still struggling to get it to work, do this:
go to network
then nuevoxstream
sever setup
use the right arrow to turn the 'on' switch to 'off'
press exit to save the change.
go back to nuevoxstream
server setup
type off switch to on
then press exit
then go back to your channels see if they are working. :respect-040:
