4.2.2 is a professoinal video standard and not viewable on most domestic receivers exept the az receivers also the qualitv receivers will lock the video on 4.2.2 feeds but not mpeg4 4.2.2 but there are many 4.2.0 feeds to view on various sats these can be easily seen with a standard digital receiver blind scan would help to locate the feeds

Most BBC and ITV feeds you find on satellite Atlantic Bird 1, 12.5W in Ku-11 band(10950 MHz-11700MHz}.Make a search/scan especially afternoon.Usually they are using 4224 or 6111 symbol rate,many of them are FTA,some are encrypted.
If you do not have a receiver with MPEG 4:2:2,for example AzBox,
use a DVBS-S2 HD PC Card,than you will have access to programs in 4:2:2,including feeds,if they are FTA,only to have right codec installed, Elecard is best.

on the KoS satellites pages for those you can receive on the top you have:
.ini http://en.*********.net/disquette.gif
when you click on this you can save the ini file for that position like 0390.ini for Hellas 2:

[SATTYPE]
1=0390
2=39.0E

; Here you find the normal transponders:
