new patch problem

i have updated to the new CCcam 2.1.3 & 2.1.4 fix patch
however it seems while using the new update a new problem has reared its ugly head
after an hour or so the box loses picture and sound the menu function is still available but no channels display after being selected, including fta although the gift etc still shows online connected.
the cline from my eagle box via internal lan has disconnected and will not re-connect while the spider is in this state.
the only way to get back to normal is to reboot via menu or hard reset by unpluging from electricity.
have re-downloaded the latest patch from two official sites and re-aplied to the box to rule out corruption.
any ideas or has any else come across this problem

Try to do factory default and load patch again ...i am sure will be Ok...maybe during upliad patch bug can be in that...

usually all will be solve out again just upload the ptach again..

That should only happen the first time if you hadn't powered off and on again after loading the patch. A hard reboot is needed to reset the sockets from previous patch loads.
I would do a clean download, and reload the patch, hard rebooting and resetting the keys right after that.

i reloaded 20th dec patch sw/data by mistake luckily lost nothing apart from having to reinput cordinates for usals and re enable gift 1111 etc, reload sats and channels form backup, then reloaded the new patch as per instruction.
the spiderbox is now fine left it on all night, still running this morning no loss of picture or sound.

Very good! :king-041: It was puzzling why you would have that problem when the new patch is solid as a rock.
We all make mistakes.
