No Service - new channel!

Just updated my Grundig HD box. Not getting a range of channels from BBC 2 to Film4. Message reads as above - No Service new channel! BBC hd Okay and many others..

Any ideas on what's up!

check the freq and video and sound make sure the right details .

I have updated the box before and had no problems. I assumed that you lose all the old channels when restting the box but will check out Lyngsat and try another reset.

Have a look to see if the channels you are getting are all on V or H,if so then your LNB could be @ fault.I would check this first,it could also be your tuner in box or it could just have been a fault there end.

Try doing a factory reset IE setting box back to default settings then do re tune. I had to do a similar thing with my hummy...
