DrEdit for S2000CCI import from receiver error

Hi, I am not able to import channellist from icecrypt S2000CCI.
I have used USB to COM RS232 adapter on winxp, device properly installed, I checked in manger

I am getting message that no connection to receiver is established.

What I am doing wrong here?

Why is it not possible to store the channel list on USB stick and open in DrEdit? This doesn´t work neither.

Need your help!

I have bought a new USB converter for win7, in manager is everything properly installed. but still cannot get channels from receiver.
