Lost Channel

Installed my DM 800HD on Saturday and did a scan and got all channels up and running. After I downloaded the Sky EPG I lost Sky Sports 2 and despite twice re-scanning for channels it's still missing. It says something like no PID. Does anyone know how I can rectify this?

who's settings are you using?
have you tried opening the channel list then green button to bring up your sats and on 28.2 you should have more than one option for the channel you want, try them see if any of them work, if not update your sat xml file or better still install one of the latest settings.

I carried out a scan last night and a new sp2 channel was added to my settings.

Found those, how do I get it into the regular channel list I view to replace the one that doesn't work? Idiots guide if possible lol.
