Hh motor help

i got one of them motors out of m,,plins hh motor
it wont go west keeps going east ,only 8 months old
tried resetting it via the technomate box
still same ,would the hot weather affect it ,as it only started doing it
is there a nother way of resetting it via the motor

Had the same problem with a stab motor m8,if you are sure the commands from box are correct then it is a faulty motor control board in HH unit.be handy to get different box on to test commands.

will try another box ,only started doing it to day ,was thinking the hot weather
might have something to do with it ,setting are all correct ,

motor seems to be working now been at it most of the day
so am thinking the hot weather maybe causing it to over heat
