Cannot get a signal on thor 0.8w

I have just loaded a new channel list on the spiderbox but now cannot get 0.8w thor, I have reverted back to the original channel list but still cant pick up a signal, all other sats are fine.

Any help appreciated

One other point I did a factory reset before, so dont know if this would mess my sat position up, anyone know how to re input this in to the spiderbox

It was my location position that was wrong must have defaulted when i did a factory reset, sorted using google maps
