hi all just got my 9000hd on friday, i have all working except 16e i;e supersport ect they just come up scrambled, anyone else had this problem, or any ideas what am doing wrong ?

working here,press info twice on remote mine come up as service+ except for
supersport4 comes up as nuevoxstream,post back what your spider says

working now switched of box and back on supersport working now thanks for ur help
