Canal ned has all just come good for me, I acn connect to neuvo server but not to Service+.

am I right in thinking that Canal ned has just been switched to neuvo server, as when i press info button twice it says neuvo, or has this always been the case.

slightly off thread, but ive noticed that on 10E we have supersports 1-5, and when I hit info twice its says neuvo server, the problem is there is no picture at least for me,
Am i right in thinking these are repeat of whats on 16E, the positive is that I have a much higher Quality signal.
My Question is are these the same as on 16E, have they/do they work on neuvo.
