Hi folks,
Please give us more information about connecting Technomate to the laptop by way of SSSP and Null Modem Cable.
Do I connect the modem cable at back of the reciever where the modem fits in?
Is it possible to use an usb cable connected between the receiver and the laptop?

POINT 2. Can't you get a serial to usb converter for the null modem cable. So at the stb end there is the 9 pin serial connector with a usb connector at the laptop end.

I got canal digitaal (19.2e) working via sssp but it keeps intermittently freezing.

Gig i remember seeing a post from you on how to tweak the system to improve performance. I've looked for this but can't find it (I think there may be too many similar threads running simultaneously).
Could you point to the link (if you can find it) or maybe just refresh me.

check the response times in the 3 windows

above 1000 ms you can expect freezes, within 300 ms should be ok
check that your computer is not running other programs

you can download this tool and use it to check running processes and shut some down

when you run it, mark in the menu: Options: Replace Task Manager
whenever you press this combination simultaneous [Crtl] [Alt] [Delete], also great when computer hangs to restart computer or shutdown: menu: File: Shutdown
Think this is about it what you can do at your end.

I have tried my Laptop to connect to TM6900hd Super 725p with CILQUER ICI and used Bul-sat_39E,CanalDigitaal NL19E,ThemeX,JSC,13°E,07-07-2010_by_Compass file, it seems that connection establishing fine but no channels clears. Tried on animal planet on bulsat no picture, tried on Film1.1 on 19e no picture, Can some one direct me the channels and frequency list of Bul-sat_39E, CanalDigitaal NL19E, ThemeX,JSC,13°E, so which channels supposed to open?

you also have to start SBCL and enable vplug and activate it inside.
Theme x is gone, no longer on air.
Follow the postings by ^^COMPASS^^ on this matter sssp info is inside what is open currently.
When on KoS website select packages, this will show what channels are in that package

here is what I have got so far, JSC Sport clears but Bulsat and Canal + not clearing, i have copied the CILQUER ICI dos action on notepad may you may be able to see something wrong there?
Notepad Bulsat --Animal Planet 12688H30000 not clearing.
Notepad Canal + --Film1.1 or Sport1 12515H22000 not clearing
Notepad JSC Sport --JSC Sport 10 Clearing fine..

Bulsat: response time to high, server to far away from you: timeout (7051 ms)
Canal + 19e : not open: card is no longer there or you are watching canal digitaal (00006A Netherlands) while the package is for canal + (France). Not sure on this?

if Bullsat response times go below 1000 ms then it should open, sadly enough we can't move the server closer to us.

Sorry guys, been away for a while, yes I've managed to get it working fully now, Bulsat and JCS are working ok Bulsat response time qiute good...If the connection not established, restarting CILQUER ICI and SBCL v1.0i if that doesn't work ON/OFF stb does the trick,,of course this my expirince...also changing the channels to different Encrypt channels may disconnect from server.


I wonder is there any news to get 19e C+ and Thor C+ back on Techno?
