Samsung UE32C6710 and Internet TV ?

I tried to connect my Samsung UE32C6710 LED-TV to Internet TV but any chance... Wifi connection is ok.
I found in the Internet TV menu: Samsung Apps and Settings but I can't click because is "grey"...
In these advances features: NOTE: This feature is not available in some locations...
In Internet I found a Samsung's secret menu but any chance...

Any ideas?

In menu of Samsung there is a connection test does it pass all tests? if not set up for a static IP (manual set IP address to work work within the range of your router with the same subnetmask) check your router security if your flatscreen is allowed on the WWW?
And you're are using the Samsung Wifi Dongle? If Wifi fails try with CAT5 cable.

Yes I believe is ok with my wifi because I tried to check the fw online and it worked. And the wifi icon is green in Samsung menu...
Yes of course I have the black Samsung WIS09ABGN wifi dongle...

Instruction Samsung INTERNET@TV
Step1: Get into Service Menu
Turn TV off
Press Info
Press Menu
Press Mute
Turn TV on
---> Service Menu will appear as TV turns on.
(All the steps must be done within 3 seconds)

Step 2: Turn On MediaLink
Go into "Options"
Change Medialink Type = Infolink ON

Step 3: Choose a country for Media Link
Press Return until you reach the top menu
Got into "Control"
Then into "Sub Option"
Make the following change:
Infolink Country = to any thing other than NONE, I chose Vietnam

Turn TV off, Turn TV on.
Press the Internet@ button. Surf Well.

Notes:
1. make sure you have configured the network as per the TV manual for this to completely work.
2. The weather will be for the country you chose in step 3, this can be changed on the widget.

guys got an email from samsung about internet@tv and was wondering if anyone knows if it will be available on my le40b650 set. Have checked the samsung web site but there are no new firmware updates for that model. ? If I go thro the process sathappy outlined will that give me it?

what ever you do in service menu: take note on paper: reset does not reset changes here!
use only RCU cursor up or down in this menu! Left & Right changes values
stay out sections you don't have a clue what will happen or change anything there.
Altering items you don't know: can brick your LCD
you break your guarantee going in there: this is not for users: only service staff

I updated the firmware of my Samsung UE32C6710 but anything... I thought but...
i don't know if this Internet tv is available in all country...

i had trouble connecting my new samsung to bt total broadband which had tkip wpa personal security when i reduced security to wep it connected dont know if this is your problem or not but hope it helps had to reconfig all wifi connections to wep as well
