image help

how do you load a different image i have dreamelite i but would like to try something else i tried loading a vti 0ne but the dreamelite one just started up

done that ok for the dream elite image now my problem is the box is just stuck on starting wont budge for me to try and install anything else

what image did you download? sounds like you need to flash it again
