Bbc hd

Hi all
Can any one tell me where I can receive BBC HD? Have just acquired a new 32inch Toshiba HD set. Done re-scan but no BBC HD, HAVE MOTORISED 1.2METRE DISH BUT DO NOT KNOW IF ON ANY SATELLITE? Any help or frequencies would be much appreciated.

there is also a bbc hd on 1 west thor different to programmes on 28.2 e but think only open with spiderbox gift.
