Is nuevoxstream server working?

Just setting up my new 9000HD and I'm trying to authorize my key but the connection status is disconnected. Is it working at the mo?

In IP settings I've got network setting on auto. With this selected the next 5 lines all have zeros in them. Then I have my box's MAC address. Should the 5 lines have numbers in them?

yes they should. here example of mine
ip address: 192.168.001.003
subnet mask: 255.255.255.000
gateway: 192.168.001.001
1st dns :192.168.001.001
2nd dns: 192.168.001.001
mac adress: 00:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx

OK. How do I find out these settings? Have a BT Home Hub (the white one) and are using homeplugs.
Would another router reboot help??

the box should auto set them for you. but go into the router and see if the spiderbox mac address is listed as a connected device if not then check the ethernet cable

Just got it to work. Re-did the wiring at home hub end and it's all working. Thanks guys!!
