jsc sports?

finally got my null modem cable delivered today. set up bulsat on tm6800hd no problem using compass file dated 8/7.
cant seem to open jsc sports or anything else. am i missing doing something, or are they all down at moment. read that dutch package and 1 west sweden was down, but thought i should get jsc sports. thanks
