Recording from Nova

I have azbox hd premium and i working with 4931. every time that i want to record on hdd from NOVA (13e) channel it's stuck the channel. when i try to the same thing on USB it's working fine. why is that ?

what is the format of the hdd ? fat , ext 2 , ext 3 ?
what cam are u using ? is it a local card or cs ?

i get nova by card sharing with mgcamd 1.35a
about the hdd this are information that i have:
P1 698.6GB LINUX
