spider wont connect

my spiderbox keeps saying disconneted rebooted many times but nothing is the server down or is my box got problems?

server was down at the time of posting (04.28hrs) Its now up and running ok (08.55Hrs.)

The Service+ server was fine for that duration, so a few channels on 19E where open.
