Just got hold of a thomson 250 box no record

facility available any ideas, dont want to subscibe the recording facility is not working ......kopite1

Use a search engine and look for Thomson DTI6300 Engineers Menu or phone topup tv for assistance.
You will be able to reformat HDD in this secret menu.
The other faults are some times faulty internal power supplies that can be easily fixed.

Did you sort that box out with recording?
I bought a second hand box a while ago with this problem.
I put it down to the HDD being moved that caused the fault.
