help needed: dead tm6900hd

Just loaded Phantompatch-TM6900HDSuper_11-06-2010-726p on to my tm 6900 combo hd super+ it said loaded 100% but then turned off. it says on front panel write ok flashing with dim light so power of at back turned on now wont start up no light on front panel the box just dead.

help me please

but I have tried everything without a luck the box still dead

I am using usb to serial converter which is working fine with my dreambox.
I have tried another pc but the tm6900 will not recover or connect to pc

any other ideas

When trying USB method:
download official firmware from technomate
load it on to fat32 formated USB Stick have only that unpacked file on it (.STB)
put USB stick on technomate.
disconnect all cables except power and flatscreen
power off technomate with power switch at back
press menu on front panel and keep it pressed down
switch now on with power switch at back
you can only release menu on front panel when display shows "Loader Menu"
follow instructions on screen

if using serial method:

Just an update

last week I had to send the box to technomate for a repair under their one year warranty.
They phoned me today and told me that they change the hall board to a new one because they could not repair or flash the old one.
