s4000 factory default

i have done a system restore to factory default but it does not delete the plug ins.

is there a way that i can do a hard factory reset to start fresh......

Why would you like to delete plugin? My guess would be you can do it via network, but I have not tried it myself.

just goto \\192.168.x.x\root\var\bin

and delete all
