Good Morning Guys and experts :)

I have been trying myself for the last few weeks and still have some issues so I decided to ask some help in here where the real experts are!

I have a 80cm Dish and a DreamBox 500 HD+a diseq motor.

I have successfully setup everything and did my scna and can see most of the channels that I wwant.

Here comes my problem:

The sats that I need are Hotbird,Astra 19.2 and Hispasat.

When I scan thse all godo I get them but I miss some channels. Also when I zap to Astra I can get my channels fine but when I go to the Hotbird channels I get tune error. Now what I have done is reconfiure and manually choose thr Hotbird satfinder option and when completed I could get to the hotbird channels but when I zap to Atras I get the tune error. It looks liek I can only see one or the other.

I think it is related to my satpositoner and my latitude and longitude settings:

I need the following:
Latitude: 52.3738°
Longitude: 4.8909°

when I set my tuner up and want to set for example:

Latitude:52.3738 I can not configure the first number 5. because when I push 5 on the remote it always changes it into a 3 so I end up with:3.52.3738

please guys I am getting crazy :(:(:(:(:(:

help.

much appreciated.

if you can't get it working with usals, use diseqc 1.2, goto each satellite and drive the dish manually to it's location and save the dish postion, seems simplest as you already know how to find the sat positions.

Good Morning Guys and experts :)
Latitude:52.3738 I can not configure the first number 5. because when I push 5 on the remote it always changes it into a 3 so I end up with:3.52.3738

Note: I only owned a dm500s and a dm7000!
On the dreambox the format, if I remember correctly, is degrees (3 digits), minutes (2digits 0-60) and 1/1000 of minutes (3 digits).
To enter 52 degrees the first digit of three is zero, so start by entering a zero, then five, then two.
You will have to recalculate 1/100 of degrees into minutes by dividing them with 1.6667
example: 3738 / 1.6667 equals 22 minutes and 428 1/1000 of a minute.
Thus you should enter 052.22.428 as your latitude.
Hope this helps.
