incubuscamd versus CCcam

Hi there everyone.

I recently got given a new subscription card from my provider (Irdeto Kappa) which works fine in my Dreambox running CCcam 2.1.4 but doesn't work using the IceCrypt card reader. So I created a friend account on the Dreambox and a C line on the IceCrypt which I see connecting when running a netstat but I keep getting scrambled signal on the IceCrypt. I then installed incubuscamd on the icecrypt and put a ccam server line in the config which worked :)

So my question: Why does CCcam work on the Dreambox but not on the IceCrypt and is there any performance issues using incubuscamd? Is there anything I should tweak in the config?
