Which patch ?

Hi,
having just opened my new spiderbox 9000 and starting to install I have been reading the beginners guide and looking at which patch to install with use of the gift but with so many different files to choose from I was wondering which is the correct one for 1st time installation ? if someone can point me in right direction i'd be thankfull as I don't wanna f##k it up.

Thanks echelon,
but i've been pulling my hair out and it's doing my nut in cause I'm having problems in that when I scan astra 19e the box freezes at the same spot every time 10979v tried re-installing s/w + reboots. So i haven't even got round to installing patch for gift yet as I wanna set up all satellites 1st. Have you any advice or should I return box to supplier ?

All sorted now with latest patch astra fix, scanning all ok - thanks.

Put one of BillyBits channel lists in - saves doing all the scanning, you can edit it first to remove those sats you can't get with the editor - piece a *iss m8 :D

2late all done now but I didn't mind as it's a bit of a hobby as well as tv watching - thanks john.dat 4 info anyway.
