Do I load this file on a normal stick or do i have to format it to fat 32 first?

format the stick to fat32 the first time before you use it

after that just transfer files to the stick and use them

this patch didn't solve the 10979v problem for me, neither nuevoxstream or service + are present on this frequency on 19e on my 9000.

How do you turn a patch on?
I thought you just installed it and that was it.

I assume this patch must have been TonyO's first patch, or he hadn't turned it on previously.

Also when loading new patch just do Software update Only , no need for anything else wait for box to reboot remove Usb stick & enjoy

The patch is turned on, other channels are working on it, its Astra 10979V that doesn't want to play !

The channels on there don't open for me either.
It just says on patch notes that it fixes scan on that frequency. I don't know what that means or whether the channels on there are on gift or not.

This is the first, that i have had to do this again

The normal view of the submenu will show
Type: ON (If you see off, scroll sideways to turn the network on)
Network: IP Setup
Home Stream server:

if you have loaded a patch press 1111 as soon as you enter the network screen

Mine started working again

What I meant was that the channels on that particular frequency don't open, but I'm not sure that they are meant to.

Think it fixes where when scanning the box froze on this freq. and reboot was needed

i tried to download 19.2 today for a friend and it did in fact freeze 3 times, eventually i just scanned in a few tp,s to keep that satellite, will the fix re above sort it???
