Just tried with RCA plugs & picture is ok so only thing i can think of is there`s a fault with the hdmi connection.

i`d got a xbox control lead trapped under spiderbox so pulled box out 2 free lead & when i put it back well fcuk me no green screen with hdmi.I know hdmi was in correct so there must be something wrong with hdmi socket but it`s working now, will let lee know monday & see what he say`s.

maybe it was interference from the xbox control lead being under the motherboard base causing the tint , anything is possible and interference from adjacent cables is well known
so hopefully thats all it was and you can rest easy

I don't know the answer to that one but i have a question which is,
my loop through dose'nt give me a picture on the second receiver which
is a Protek9600ip. I have tested the patch lead and its ok with no breaks.:cuss:

Well i think i`ve sorted all my problems i was having.Remote started working yesterday but i then got the green tint back on picture through hdmi,so i thought the box must be a dud or the firmware i loaded went bad some how.
So a couple of hour ago i got a rs232 cable out d/l software from here nipped the old bum cheeks together & went 4 it,took about 15min to finish, then followed echelon`s simple to follow tut, loaded firmware etc back on & all has been ok for the last hour.
