help to log into dm500s over the internet

can anyone help me im cs with family and i was wanting to setup there boxes so that if they have any problems with them i can connect remotely and fix there problems rather than having to visit there house is there anyway this can be done

What you can do is take control remotely of their PC and then connect to the DB from there...
